About iSystem.
Established in 2012, iSystem was built on years of hands-on experience in demanding industrial water-treatment environments, including the treatment of saline water.
Today, iSystem is under second-generation ownership. Building on that technical foundation, the business is entering its next chapter through digital transformation, operational analytics, and data-informed customer service—combining more than a decade of water-treatment experience with a continuously evolving approach to serving its customers.
A note from the proprietor
How I approach the work.
Here at iSystem, I've always valued three simple things: ownership, communication, and integrity.
I've been fortunate enough to have lived by those values long before I inherited our family business. They were shaped by the people I worked with, the responsibilities I was trusted with, and the lessons I carried with me from one chapter of my life to the next.
To me, ownership means taking responsibility for what is placed in your hands. Communication means being clear, listening well, and making sure people are never left guessing when something matters. Integrity means doing what is right even when no one is watching—and being willing to acknowledge when something could have been done better.
Those values now shape how I run iSystem. They influence how I serve customers, how I work with the people around me, and how I continue improving the business.
